Many of you may have asked yourselves why there has been such a rapid increase in the development of HMOs in Catford. It is as a result of Lewisham Council confirming a non-immediate Article 4 Direction for Lewisham's southern wards.
We broadly welcome the proposals. Although it will be an expensive development, the proposals increase the amount of public space and would make the centre of Catford more attractive. We have submitted the following recommendations to TfL's consultation.
